Anglicare Central Queensland Limited | Emerald $102,000 p/a +superannuation + salary sacrifice Full-time -Fixed-term position About therole: We arecurrently seeking a full-time Mental Health Clinician to join ourteam at headspace Emerald. Our clinician will conduct clinicalassessments and provide care plans for mental health-related issuesfor headspace Emerald young people. These care plans will becreated using evidence based early/brief intervention therapy,including group interventions. Whatwill a typical day look like? Monitor and conductyoung people's focused clinical assessment on headspaceEmerald's young people and ascertain care plan ofrequired needs. Deliver evidencebased early/brief intervention therapy, including groupinterventions and problem solving with young people and theirfamilies. Workcollaboratively with the young person and their families todevelop individual treatment plans that are person-centred anddirected by the young person as much as possible. Provide aninclusive practice that values the significance of family andfriends in a young person's life. Attend andcontribute to regular Care Coordination Review Meetings asdirected by the Clinical Coordinator. MandatoryRequirements: Approved tertiarylevel qualification in an allied health discipline, includingsocial work, psychology (4+2 or 5+1 pathway), mental healthnursing, and/or occupational therapy. Registration ormembership with APHRA or AASW.
