About the role The NSW Police Force's Workforce Safety Command is offering an exciting opportunity for a Mental Health Clinician to be part of the single most significant investment in the health, safety and wellbeing of the NSW Police workforce.
These positions, which will be located across the Western Region, will enhance employee wellbeing and manage the risk of psychological harm through the provision of short-term solution-focused counselling, wellbeing services and educational programs to NSW Police Force employees. These roles will provide support in implementing relevant policies and procedures, delivering training programs, developing proactive and preventative interventions and advising Commanders on the effectiveness of these provisions in their Regions.
