Remuneration: $70,049.73 - $128,653.00 pa (+ superannuation)
Location: Orange, NSW

About the role: This is an exciting opportunity to be involved in a service model for WNSWLHD aimed at increasing the availability of clinical community-based support, changes in professional practice, and collaboration between all services.
The recovery-oriented approach is person-centred, trauma-informed, and involves partnering with general health providers and agencies that can offer clients community living supports such as housing, disability services, vocational, social, and educational opportunities.
The FACT team is situated at the Curran Centre in the community of Orange. FACT is a multi-disciplinary team working extended hours 7 days per week with clients who have a severe, persistent mental illness.
