Addiction and Access Services are looking for several Mental Health Clinician - Clinical Nurse's to join their team. Metro South Addiction and Mental Health Services (MSAMHS) provide inpatient, hospital-based and community mental health and community alcohol and drug services for all age groups across a number of campuses. The service is committed to the provision of services that are patient-centred and recovery-focused. The purpose of this role is to deliver services within Mental Health Call or at other sites within Metro South Addiction and Mental Health Services if required.

About the Role The Clinical Nurse is responsible for delivering quality nursing care at an advanced level that requires a broad developing knowledge in professional issues for consumers who experience Acute Mental Health Concerns.The Clinical Nurse promotes professional standards of practice and conduct and is responsible for achievement of unit goals and standards utilising contemporary evidence-based interventions.The Clinical Nurse is responsible for the physical health care monitoring and interventions for their allocated consumers and supports the multidisciplinary team in the monitoring of physical health care needs.Find out about the role in more detail and how to apply in the attached Role Description.
