Join our supportive multidisciplinary team of experienced mental health cliniciansDynamic work environment and collaborative team cultureUp to $20,000 relocation incentive reimbursement program applies to eligible applicantsThe Psychologist (Grade 3) will be a valued member of the Wangaratta Adult Continuing Care Team and undertake a high standard of clinical practice in the provision of community-based assessment and treatment to consumers who are experiencing or at risk of mental health deterioration. The Psychologist will have a key role in the treatment/management of complex consumers within the service and be experienced in conducting and reporting on a range of psychological assessments for service consumers.
We are actively seeking candidates who meet the following requirements to apply for this exceptional opportunity.
Registration as a psychologist with the Psychology Board of Australia with a minimum of five years professional experience as a psychologist grade 2 (or equivalent), complies with the code of ethics and legal requirements of the psychology profession. Supervise Masters or Doctoral Students with provisional registration, who are on placement with AWH.Experience and demonstrated ability to function as a psychologist within a multidisciplinary team providing validated treatments to adults with a mental illnessWell-developed communication and interpersonal skills including a demonstrated ability to work in a multidisciplinary team.Employment Type: This is a full-time, permanent opportunity.
