Location: North East Region | Albury/Wodonga Job type: Part time Occupation: Health and Allied Health Reference: 1107 ICY-AMHWS Clinical LeadClosing Date: 01/11/2024 BRIEF DESCRIPTION:Clinical Lead - Infant Child Youth Area Mental Health Wellbeing Service - part time - permanent role - Allied Health Gr 4, RPN Gr 5, P4 Join our supportive multidisciplinary team of experienced mental health clinicians Become a key member of our growing specialist mental health and well-being teamsDynamic work environment and collaborative team cultureUp to $20,000 relocation incentive reimbursement program applies to eligible applicantsThe Clinical Lead will be a valued member of the Infant Child Youth Area Mental Health Wellbeing Service to undertake an exemplary standard of direct clinical leadership, educational/training and clinical supervision from a systemic and developmental framework within ICYMHS and across the Mental Health Program.
The Clinical Lead supports, promotes and evaluates clinical standards and processes of the team and coordinates research initiatives to improve the mental health outcomes for infants, children, young people and their families.
We are actively seeking candidates who meet the following requirements to apply for this exceptional opportunity.Provide clear clinical leadership in collaboration with ICY-AMHWS leadership group that will assist in guiding the decision and actions of the overall clinical team and service MoC design.Identify opportunities to progress the development of innovative therapeutic models that are client and family-centered.Provide clinical supervision, training and secondary consult to ICY-AMHWS clinicians.Demonstrate recovery-oriented and trauma-informed practice, striving to attain the highest level of care and service delivery within each clinical team in ICY-AMHWS.Ensure documentation meets professional and legal standards and actively coordinate quality assurance programs with ICY-AMHWS.Employment Type: This is a permanent part-time opportunity.For further details, please refer to the Position Description or alternatively contact Winnie McCulloch at for a confidential discussion.AWH serves as the largest regional healthcare provider between Sydney and Melbourne, situated in the border cities of Albury and Wodonga.

We deliver 10 specialised community-based programs, along with three acute care services and three facilities dedicated to recovery and rehabilitation.
