Meli is seeking a dedicated Men's Practitioner to join our team at The Orange Door, Barwon.
This vital role is focused on delivering high-quality, integrated support for individuals and families affected by family violence.
Working within a multidisciplinary team, you will provide tailored interventions, ensuring the safety and wellbeing of women, children, and families, while promoting accountability and behavior change in individuals using violence.
As a Men's Practitioner, you will:
Conduct comprehensive risk assessments and safety planning using established frameworks, including MARAM.Deliver targeted interventions to address complex needs and risks.Collaborate closely with partner organizations to provide coordinated and effective service responses.Support clients in navigating pathways to safety and stability.Vacancy DetailsFixed term position until 27 June 20251 FTE working 38 hours per week$97,614 p/a + Super + Salary PackagingAbout YouTo be successful in the role, you will have:
Holds a degree in Social Work (or equivalent); or be working towards in line with recommendation 209 of the Royal Commission into Family Violence.
