Curis Recruitment is proud to partner with a fantastic health service in the Northern Territory to help them find a Clinic Manager to lead their Men's Health team. This identified position is essential for ensuring cultural safety and delivering high-quality clinical care. The role involves managing a multidisciplinary team, including a Client Support Officer, Aboriginal Liaison Officer, General Practitioner, Male Registered Nurses, and Aboriginal Health Practitioners.
Further Details Permanent position Salary: RN - up to $133,837.00 PA | AHP up to $120,053.00 PA Salary packaging up to $15,899.94 per annum! Subsidised accommodation provided. Generous relocation and repatriation assistance. Six weeks annual leave and additional personal/carer's leave. Study leave options. Remote retention allowance of $750. Employee access to a Health Clinic, with free prescriptions and general dentistry. Starting October 2024 Key Responsibilities
Lead and manage the Men's Health team, ensuring clear communication, role allocation, and positive team dynamics. Develop and implement culturally appropriate activities to enhance male engagement with health services. Coordinate and facilitate access to health care for Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander male clients across the region. Oversee staff rostering and client workflow to maintain efficiency. Support GPs, clinical staff, and visiting specialists as needed. Ensure compliance with data reporting, clinical standards, and legal obligations. Manage complaints and resolve issues from clients, staff, and service providers. Uphold and enforce workplace health and safety (WHS) policies and procedures. Selection Criteria Current registration with AHPRA as a Registered Nurse or Aboriginal Health Practitioner. Demonstrated experience in managing a clinical team, conflict resolution, and staff development. Experienced in delivering a wide range of clinical interventions, including adult health checks, immunisations, and chronic disease management. NT Working with Children Check (Ochre Card) Satisfactory Criminal History Check Full COVID-19 vaccination status (minimum 3 doses) Must have full working rights for Australia (i.e. Permanent Resident or Citizen of Australia/New Zealand, or a current, valid visa with no restrictions).
