Job Skill Set Requirements Excellent phone/communication skillsAbility to follow directions wellAbility to work well independentlyMust have an upbeat and motivating attitudePunctual and organizedRemit Greeting and saying goodbye to all members and guestsMonitoring club access to members and non-membersAnswering any questions and handling member complaintsHaving an excellent understanding of the Judgement Free Zone and explaining it to all members and non-membersAnswering info calls over the phone and taking messagesGiving club toursSelling memberships, completing membership agreements, and entering new members into the databaseOperating the Point-of-Sale system and collecting any balances of past due accountsMaking appointments for PE @ PF hourly sessionsOrganizing and maintaining the customer service front deskCompleting member welcome callsCompleting daily cleaning zones as assigned by management teamCompleting club walkaroundsAssisting with club housekeeping and restocking any paper products in the locker roomPerforming beginning of the day and end of the day proceduresMaking yourself available to newer team members for questions and guidanceCompleting monthly Black Card Spa maintenance as assigned by management teamExperience/Qualifications Previous customer service experience is advantageousCertifications: Certificate 3 in FitnessMust be currently First Aid and CPR certified and provide a copy of the certification or willing to obtain within the first three weeksMust have your WWC (working with children) certificate/number NSW & VIC, Blue Card QLD from employment commencement date or proof that the process has startedMust have completed a National Police Check certificate within 12 months of application dateBravo Core Values Bravissimo – Confidence to take calculated bold actionsWOW Factor – Delivering a member experience that exceeds their expectationsWHIM – World class, humorous, inspirational & memorable #J-18808-Ljbffr
