Our client is seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Memberships Officer to join their team. The successful candidate will be responsible for maintaining member/workplace records, ensuring timely direct debiting, depositing and recording of member fees, and tactfully resolving payment anomalies. CBD Based office What you'll do: As a Memberships Officer, you will play a crucial role in managing member/workplace records, ensuring accurate direct debiting, depositing and recording of member fees. You will also be responsible for investigating and resolving payment anomalies. Your role will involve maintaining comprehensive knowledge of the Branch membership engagement system, conducting staff training within the Membership department, assisting in large scale data reviews and updates, maintaining workplace records including group employers, workplaces and wards. You will also respond to queries in person and via phone, email and SMS while proactively employing strategies to facilitate membership retention.
Maintain comprehensive knowledge of the Branch membership engagement system. Conduct training of staff within the Membership department. Retrieve, collect and reconcile monthly membership statistical reports. Draft and maintain Branch Membership template letters, emails and SMS responses. Assist in large scale data reviews and updates. Maintain workplace records including group employers, workplaces and wards. Respond to queries in person and via phone, email and SMS. Proactively employ strategies to facilitate membership retention. Provide helpdesk support to members who have difficulty with accessing websites and mobile apps. Maintain financial integrity by implementing appropriate procedures. Excellent administrative and clerical skills including experience with the Microsoft Office Suite.
