Membership Sales Director

Expressions of Interest:The Faculty is seeking a Memberships Sales Director to lead the sales efforts for their Learning and Development subscription programs. This is a key role in which you will be responsible for building a strong sales pipeline and securing new business with global companies. You will work closely with internal subject matter experts to align our offerings with client needs and actively prospect through cold calling and outreach.

Reporting to the Head of Sales and based in Melbourne, this role will take a strategic approach to driving new business and expanding sales. The focus will be on developing and managing a database of prospects, ensuring an effective handover to the programs team, and leading outbound prospecting efforts, including cold calls and emails to senior stakeholders such as CFOs, CPOs, and L&D Managers.

This role will collaborate with key internal stakeholders while developing and nurturing relationships with senior client contacts to drive ongoing business.

The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in B2B sales, particularly in new business development and account management. They will have experience in building and maintaining strong client relationships, with a results-driven approach and strong commercial acumen. Experience in Learning & Development, SaaS, or B2B digital media sales is highly preferred, and familiarity with HubSpot is beneficial.
