About the Role: As a Membership Sales Consultant at Wellness Department, you'll be the driving force behind our mission to empower individuals to embrace an active lifestyle.

Responsibilities: Connect with Prospects: Engage with prospects to understand their fitness goals and aspirations.
Tailor your approach to each prospect, nurturing authentic connections. Execute Strategic Sales Initiatives: Utilise various sales techniques, including outreach, lead generation, and follow-up, to maximise membership sales.
Secure appointments with prospects and maintain consistent follow-up to address inquiries and referrals. Offer Solutions and Guidance: Present personalised solutions to prospects, highlighting the benefits of joining our fitness community.
Educate prospects on our gym's offerings and guide them toward informed decisions. Meet and Exceed Targets: Take ownership of your sales targets, working independently and collaboratively to achieve exceptional results.
Embrace ongoing training to refine your sales skills and elevate performance. Qualifications: Passionate about sales and promoting a healthy, active lifestyle. Energetic, driven, and thrive in a fast-paced sales environment. Proven sales experience or a strong desire to excel in sales. Excellent communication skills and ability to build rapport with diverse audiences. Collaborative team player with a commitment to excellence. Flexible availability, able to work up to 30 hours per week, including weekdays and weekends. Basic computer skills and familiarity with Google systems (Document, Sheets, etc.)
