Genesis Health and Fitness has landed in Southern River and we are looking for an experienced Salesperson to join our team. As a Membership Consultant, you will play a vital role in helping us grow our membership base and achieve our business objectives.
Key Responsibilities:Contribute toward hitting Sales Budgets.Build and maintain relationships with potential and current members through effective communication and exceptional customer service.Conduct tours of the gym and provide information on membership options and benefits.Meet and exceed membership sales targets on a monthly basis.Follow up on leads and enquiries to convert them into membership sales.Work with the wider team to develop and implement effective marketing and promotional strategies.Maintain accurate records of membership sales, enquiries and customer interactions in our CRM system.Requirements:Experience in a sales or customer service role, preferably in the fitness industry.Strong interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to build rapport with a diverse range of people.Results-driven with a track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets.Strong organizational and time management skills with the ability to multitask and prioritize work.Knowledge of fitness and gym equipment is desirable but not essential.Availability to work flexible hours including evenings and weekends.We offer a competitive salary package with attractive incentives based on performance.
