You will have the opportunity to take full ownership of the sales cycle in your region while working closely with a supportive global team of experts to refine your skills, build relationships, and drive new member sign-ups.
What You'll Be Doing: Building Your Sales Career
You'll manage the entire sales process, from lead generation to closing, and successfully creating new members.With the backing of a highly experienced sales leadership team, you'll get the support you need to build your skills, refine your approach, and continue to grow your career.As part of this sales role, you'll handle Marketing-generated leads and pursue your own research-driven leads, making each interaction a tailored, consultative experience.You'll be empowered to engage with key decision-makers in Australian businesses, building strong relationships and driving membership conversions.Mentorship & Sales Development
Receive hands-on mentorship from our seasoned sales leaders, who have a track record of success in driving membership and fostering top-performing sales teams.Learn and grow through structured feedback, shadowing opportunities, and personalized coaching to fast-track your career development.Networking & Brand Visibility
You'll represent B1G1 at local and regional events, increasing brand visibility and making valuable connections with businesses who can benefit from our mission.Participate in national travel (once per quarter) to build relationships with potential members and attend key conferences and events to elevate your professional network.Collaboration with a Global Team
You'll be joining an integrated global team, working alongside colleagues in Singapore, the Philippines, the UK, the USA, and Australia, ensuring cross-regional success and leveraging diverse perspectives for better results.Onboarding Handover & SuccessOnce a lead signs up, you'll ensure a seamless handover to the Onboarding team, providing all necessary information and ensuring the member has the support they need to get the most out of B1G1's platform.What We're Looking For: Sales Drive & Potential
You've already had some early success in sales and are looking for the next step in your career. This role is for someone who is passionate about sales and eager to advance quickly with the right support, mentorship, and growth opportunities.Relationship-Building Skills
You are comfortable engaging with decision-makers and are skilled at building strong, long-lasting relationships. You understand the importance of consultative sales and know how to tailor your approach to meet each prospect's unique needs.Tech-Savvy & CRM Proficiency
You're comfortable using CRM systems (e.g., HubSpot, Salesforce) to track leads and manage your pipeline. If you're not an expert yet, you're excited to learn and adapt quickly.Self-Motivated & Independent
While you'll have support, you're also an independent self-starter who thrives in a remote working environment. You can manage your time effectively, meet sales goals, and stay focused on results.Clear Communication
