Membership Officer

Salary of $34 per hour plus Super Contract position until 20th December Based in Brisbane City We are looking for a membership Officer for a leading Non for Profit based in the city.
You will handling mainly outbound calls, inbound calls and emails from members.
You will be dealing with an older demographic of customers.
This is a temp role until the 20th of December working full time Monday to Friday 8.30am to 5.00pm in the office.
Based in the Brisbane CBD there is a great team culture, ongoing development, celebrate your birthday with an extra day off!
Key Responsibilities include: Speak with current and prior members.
Conduct surveys with members.
Manage administration processes supporting their membership.
Handle enquiries including application of new members.
Retention of members   About you: Strong customer service experience  Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills Strong computer skills Strong time management and organisational skills Ability to work in a fast paced, high-pressured environment.
Longevity in you your prior roles Ability to build a strong relationship with the client.
You will ideally have a background working in Customer Service or Administration.
