The Role The Membership Manager is responsible for:

Achieving personal pre-determined sales targets. Managing, training, and motivating a sales team to success. Creating business opportunities within the local corporate market. Planning and executing local level marketing and lead generating plans. The successful applicant must have a proven track record of personal success, a desire to create a fun and vibrant culture within the club, and be fiercely competitive, creative, inspiring, energetic, and motivational.

The position requires applicants to be available for full-time hours and be flexible with working days as this position may require you to work on weekends.

Skills & Attributes: Have a passion for fitness! Previous experience in a similar position. Industry knowledge. Hold current First Aid & CPR Certification. Working With Children Check (or equivalent) & National Police Check. Prior experience in fitness, sales, customer service, or a retail environment is highly advantageous.
