We are seeking a highly motivated and enthusiastic Membership Manager to assist in overseeing the day-to-day Sales within our club.
The ideal candidate will have a passion for fitness, exceptional customer service skills, outstanding sales skills with a proven track record and the ability to lead and inspire our team.
This role requires a proactive approach to management and a commitment to maintaining a high standard of service.
:
Managing Sales, Lead Gen, Outreach and Member Onboarding.
Handle membership sales and provide tours to prospective members.
Supervise and support staff, including personal trainers, group fitness instructors, and front desk personnel.
Ensure exceptional customer service by addressing member inquiries, complaints, and feedback promptly and professionally.
Monitor and maintain facility cleanliness, equipment functionality, and overall gym appearance.
Help develop and implement marketing strategies to attract new members and retain existing ones.
Assist in organising and promoting special events, classes, and community outreach programs.
Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations.
Foster a positive and motivating environment for both staff and members.
