The Membership Growth and Retention Representative will play a crucial role in the retention and growth of ANMF (SA Branch) membership base. This will be done by ensuring that members see the value in our services, highlighting the value of the support, protection and development we have to offer. The role will focus on developing relationships with current and potential members while representing ANMF (SA Branch).
As the Membership Growth and Retention Representative, you will play a pivotal role in driving membership growth and fostering member loyalty. This position involves executing targeted outreach activities according to a strategic schedule and a pre-established roster of site visits within the healthcare sector. Occasional travel within the greater metropolitan Adelaide area is required, along with attendance at key ANMF (SA Branch) events. During these visits you will deliver presentations, which involves public speaking, to engage both potential and current members, promoting the value of our services and supporting sustained membership growth.
The Membership Growth and Retention Representative will undertake their role in a manner that promotes the ANMF (SA Branch) both as a professional training and industrial organisation for employees engaged in the nursing industry.

The Membership Growth and Retention Representative position is a permanent part-time role (25-hours per week) and is classified in the ASO2 range (based on experience and skills), in accordance with the ANMF (SA Branch) Employees Agreement.
