Job Description Reporting to the Member Services Manager, you will play a key role in supporting membership acquisition and retention. Your responsibilities will include but are not limited to:
Support the acquisition and retention of members by enhancing engagement through digital tools, data collection, and follow-up procedures.Maintain accurate records of member interactions, including quote preparation and membership transitions.Handle customer inquiries related to membership status, benefits, and service offerings.Contribute to team KPIs, ensuring that targets for service delivery, customer engagement, and quality assurance are met.Engage in ongoing training and development, staying current with industry trends and internal policies.Analyze data and propose actionable improvements that elevate the member experience.The Successful Applicant We are looking for a dedicated Member Services Consultant who has a passion for delivering excellent service and enjoys working cooperatively within a small team. To succeed in this role, you'll need strong communication skills (written and verbal), attention to detail, and the ability to handle a fast-paced environment. The role will require full-time hours, Monday to Friday, and we are looking for someone to fill this role as soon as possible.
