We are on the hunt for an ambitious Membership Consultant to work within our Anytime Fitness Group.
Work in a fun, upbeat atmosphere where every day is exciting.Ongoing support and training.Attractive remuneration package.Free gym membership.Opportunities to learn at Annual National road show meetings, training seminars, interstate and international conferences, team outings, and more.About The Role: The Membership Consultant is responsible for generating leads and converting sales to encourage members of the public to live a better and healthier lifestyle as well as retaining our current member base. Must be available to work Saturdays.
What will your day/week/month look like? Create genuine relationships with existing and potential members.Proactively seek out and generate new leads.Create a fun, upbeat, and welcoming gym that your members will call their second home!Promotion of the club within the local community.Maintain the cleanliness and 5-star appearance of the club.Ad hoc administration tasks, phone calls, etc.Be present and creative on our social media platforms!About You: We are looking for a special few who are wanting to grow and thrive in their new job role. We are looking for candidates that fit the below criteria:
Outgoing and bubbly personality.Genuine passion for the fitness industry.Strong desire to make a difference in people's lives.Focused, professional, and reliable.Organised with high attention to detail.Ability to follow direction and contribute your ideas.Strong work ethic.Sales background (advantage).Goal-driven, motivated, and able to have fun!Required Certificates: First Aid/ CPR.Police Check.Working with Children Check.About Us: As one of the largest franchisee groups with 15 clubs spanning across NSW and VIC, we work collaboratively as an organisation to encourage goal setting and excellence in both our personal and professional lives.
