The Role This position is a casual role.
As a Membership Consultant, you'll play a key role in driving membership growth and ensuring our current members continue to feel supported on their fitness journey.
You'll work closely with the club team to:
Generate leads and convert them into membershipsRetain current members by promoting our culture and servicesProvide excellent customer service and build strong relationshipsAssist with marketing efforts and local business engagementBe reliable and available to work on Saturdays and maintain our welcoming, clean, and vibrant club standardsMinimum Requirements To thrive in this role, you'll need these required certificates:
