You will enjoy working in a health club environment, have a friendly, outgoing personality, and genuinely care about helping others.
You must be comfortable in sales processes and calling complete strangers on the phone and asking them to stop in to see our club.

First-rate people skills and a self-motivated work ethic Passion for the industry and changing people's lives Creativity, drive and initiative Proactive, organised and driven to achieve goals Proven sales skills and outreach experience Networking within the local business community Excellent interpersonal and communication skills Passion for delivering excellence in customer service High level of integrity in line with club terms and conditions Can-do attitude Duties and Responsibilities: Utilize incoming/outgoing call scripts provided Execute daily outgoing calls in line with the prospect or member journey - Sales calls to maintain club completed call to appointment percentage of 30% or higher Book daily appointments for club tours - Maintain 60% or higher appointment show percentage Action required calls from master spreadsheet call lists i.e.
renewal/inactive spreadsheets Maintain minimum 80% pass mark on the 9 Step Sales Process in club assessments Utilise the club Master Spreadsheet to ensure all daily/weekly/monthly tasks are completed efficiently and to an acceptable standard Action general office/admin tasks efficiently - inc. responding to emails, following up outstanding voicemails and messages (including social media and Google My Business) Ensure club/member etiquette is monitored via checking tailgate alarms daily and following up any inappropriate behaviour as per procedure (suspension or cancellation only).
Ensure club compliancy - Perform safety checks each month via Anytime Safety portal Manage member accounts - including freezes, cancellation requests, updating account details, contact information, payments of account and arrears payments Keep an accurate record of member communications of all types (in person/ over phone/ email) - including updating notes on member accounts to include all relevant information Handle member complaints/conflict in a professional manner Show proactive efforts to achieve monthly/quarterly targets Support Club Manager to ensure overall club performance Maintain a positive club culture for both staff and members Maintain club cleanliness and overall presentation Ensure you are arriving on time to shift and wearing only approved uniform attire Working across multiple club locations required as a cover staff member About Us: As one of the largest franchisee groups with 15 clubs spanning across NSW and VIC, we work collaboratively as an organisation to encourage goal setting and excellence in both our personal and professional lives.
