About the Opportunity: The primary objective of the Memberships and Ticketing Coordinator is to deliver the Bullets Membership and Ticketing program with a focus on member satisfaction and sales growth.
You will be the first point of contact for consumers, promoting Bullets products and assisting with enquiries during the season and at games.
The ideal candidate should be comfortable talking to potential, new, and existing members about membership products and converting enquiries to sales.
You should thrive in a performance-based environment while understanding ticketing, customer service, and event environments.
Key Responsibilities: Sales & Growth Provide front line customer service for enquiries on memberships, general ticket sales, and group enquiries via phone, email, and in the box office at games Ensure all memberships and tickets are processed correctly and payments are up to date Contact members to manage outstanding payments, lapsed and un-renewed memberships Maintain an accurate membership database, keeping records of client conversations, sales, and emails Manage customer feedback and complaints, engaging in seeking positive resolutions Provide accurate reporting to Senior Management Team as requested Membership and Ticketing Operations Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to satisfy memberships and ticketing requirements while enforcing ticketing policies Manage holds, hold releases, and processing of complimentary tickets as required Ensure systems and databases are accurately maintained Train new staff on systems and processes Liaise with the fulfillment partner to manage membership fulfillment Assist in creating marketing requirements, including development of member EDMs and website updates Support the planning and delivery of game days and events Ensure compliance with policies and procedures About the Ideal Candidate: Strong customer service skills with the ability to effectively communicate with a broad range of stakeholders Ability to contribute effectively to a team environment and support other areas as required Excellent organizational skills, including time management and attention to detail Experience with or ability to learn systems such as Ticketek, Memberlink, Salesforce, and Microsoft Office suite Conflict resolution skills Willingness to work at game days and events as required Excited by this opportunity with the Brisbane Bullets?
