Membership Administration Role – Dynamic Multi-tasker Company: QRI Lifestyle (NFP)
Location: Springhill, Brisbane
Type: Full Time – Based on Site – Monday to Friday. Thursday operating a Members Bar until 10pm. This is a junior role for someone who thrives being mentored and wants to grow into a more senior role.

We are looking for a proactive, energetic, bubbly, positive and versatile candidate to support our administrative functions, enhance member experiences, and assist in the growth of our events, and new business projects.
Key Responsibilities: Member Support:Serve as the first point of contact for members, addressing inquiries and providing exceptional customer service.Assist members with registrations, membership renewals, accommodation bookings and general inquiries.Run our Members Bar on a Thursday.Administrative Tasks:Maintain and organise member records, ensuring accuracy and confidentiality.Manage calendars, schedule appointments, and coordinate meetings for staff and events.Handle correspondence, including emails and phone calls, with professionalism and efficiency.Pro-actively use data to improve efficiencies and support membership growth.System Improvement:Identify opportunities for streamlining administrative processes and implementing new systems.Assist in the development and maintenance of databases for event planning and member management.Event Coordination:Support the planning and execution of events, workshops, and community activities.Collaborate with team members to create promotional materials and assist with marketing efforts.Gather feedback from members post-events to inform future improvements.General Support:Assist with various growth projects as needed, contributing to a positive and productive work environment.Run our Members Bar on a Thursday.Stay informed about QRI Lifestyle's programs and initiatives to effectively communicate with members.Automate current manual process's.Qualifications: Proven experience in an administrative role, preferably within a community or membership-based organisation.Must have a RSA (Responsible Service of Alcohol) License and a RMLV License would be highly regarded.Strong organisational and multitasking skills with attention to detail.Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, happy. Bubbly phone and email manner.Proficiency in office software (e.g., Microsoft Office, Google Workspace, Excel) and familiarity with event management tools.A proactive and adaptable mindset, with a passion for enhancing member experiences.Problem solving mindset with an entrepreneurial business approach.Why Join Us?
