DescriptionAll about Fitness Passport Established in 2006, Fitness Passport is a corporate health and fitness program providing its members and their families with access to a wide choice of fitness facilities. We work with the public sector, corporate employers and leading fitness facilities across Australia and New Zealand.
With aggressive growth plans to achieve, Fitness Passport is executing an ambitious strategy with the member experience maintaining high priority.
About you You're passionate about providing customers with the best possible service leaving an impactful and positive brand impression. Working with teams across the business you find solutions and keep a keen eye on areas for improvement.
The role Effectively coordinating member communication, monitoring queues and reporting on key KPI's.Ensure timely and professional responses to member queries.Manage escalations from the Customer Service Team.Review processes finding areas of improvement and suggesting solutions where necessary.Collaborate with the offshore customer service teams on training and developing, providing hands-on support during high volume periods.Act as a Subject Matter Expert on the CRM tools overseeing system automation and optimization projects.Monitor member enquiry trends and provide feedback and analysis to senior leadership.What we're looking for Strong computer literacy with good excel and reporting skills.CRM experience (Freshdesk, Salesforce, Zendesk etc.)Prior experience with a membership-based organisation.Proven ability to meet deadlines.A team player who has high level communication and relationship management skills.Our company values of Collaboration, Growth, Respect, Integrity and Wellbeing define our culture and the principles we use to operate our business.
