The opportunity: Member Support Consultants (MSC's) at our Marion club play an essential role in building and maintaining a thriving Goodlife Health Club membership base. MSC's are the first people to interact with prospective members and inspire them to begin their wellness journey with us.
Responsibilities: Proactively contribute to club sales budget utilising sales promotions and referrals campaignsGenerating and converting high-quality sales leads through community outreachAchieving the required number of lead contacts via telephone to maximise sales opportunitiesProviding sales presentations and tours to prospective membersCreating great member journeys via positive and personalised interactionsAchieving successful outcomes to enquiriesOpening and closing the club as per the club rosterActive involvement in member retention programsRegular service calls to new and existing membersAbout you: Current First Aid & CPR certificatesAbility to build rapport with peopleOutstanding communication abilitiesTenacity with a natural drive to achieve targetsCustomer focused with a desire to achieve exceptional outcomesWhat we can offer you: A realistic OTE of $70,000-$75,000, plus superA complimentary all-access Goodlife membershipAnniversary leave days and additional free gym membership for friends and familyCareer opportunities with Fitness and Lifestyle GroupApply Now!
