The opportunity:
Member Support Consultants (MSC's) at our Joondalup club play an essential role in building and maintaining a thriving Goodlife Health Club membership base. MSC's are the first people to interact with prospective members and inspire them to begin their wellness journey with us.
Responsibilities:
Proactively contribute to club sales budget utilising sales promotions and referrals campaigns Generating and converting high-quality sales leads through community outreach, seeking referrals and the identification of new business opportunities Achieving the required number of lead contacts via telephone to maximise sales opportunities Providing sales presentations and tours to prospective members Creating great member journeys via positive and personalised interactions Achieving successful outcomes to enquiries Opening and closing the club as per the club roster Active involvement in member retention programs, inspiring members to continue their fitness journey Regular service calls to new and existing members to keep them engaged in their journey About you:
Current First Aid & CPR certificates. Ability to build rapport with people from varied walks of life Outstanding communication abilities - able to listen, understand, empathise and influence others Customer focused with a desire to achieve exceptional customer outcomes What we can offer you:
