What you'll do: Proactively engage with members, providing information regarding products and servicesProvide an exceptional level of service and next step options for members to meet their needsIdentify where members have guidance and advice needs, refer them to the right tools and/or servicesAssist members with form completion when they come to our office for assistanceMaintain strong superannuation product and legislative knowledge and respond to enquiries from membersEnsure correct and timely processing and response for all Customer Service-related workflow What you bring: Experience in a contact centre or financial planning environment is essentialExcellent verbal and written communication skills are requiredAbility to quickly establish rapport and display empathy is crucialStrong superannuation fund product and legislation knowledge is necessaryStrong computer skills including sound experience with Microsoft office suite are neededAboriginal and Torres Strait Islander Peoples are encouraged to apply.
