About the business and the role The Facility Management Association of Australia (FMA) is recognised internationally as the peak body representing the facilities management industry in Australia.
As a progressive and future focused industry peak body, FMA is searching for an experienced Membership and Education professional to join their vibrant team to deliver tangible value to our stakeholders.

Job tasks and responsibilities: Responsibilities will include but not limited to:
Serve as the primacy point of contact for member inquiries Manage member onboarding and retention activities (including renewal process) Work with the Association's key stakeholders and partners coordinate implementation of agreed member services Coordinate the Association's website, FMTV Channel, CRM and other relevant systems Work with relevant member group to support their delivery of strategic and tactical outcomes in line with the Association's 5 year strategic plan Skills and experience A degree in Business, Administration, or related field. 2+ years of experience in member services, education coordination, within a members based organisation. Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Strong organisational skills Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and familiarity with CRM systems (IMIS would be an advantage). Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Passion for member engagement and continuous learning.
