About Us AMA (NSW) is an independent association representing the State's medical profession to advance the interests of doctors and health of the community. We are dedicated to providing members with representation on a variety of professional services. The Role You will play a crucial role in delivering our key objectives related to membership value, engagement, acquisition and retention. From coordinating membership services to assisting at our impactful events, your contributions will help to ensure the overall satisfaction of our valued members. In this role you will: Efficiently onboard new members and process applications while maintaining accurate membership data. Be the first point of contact for members and assist with renewals, follow-up and retention. Review and update membership data to maintain accuracy and relevance Coordinate and represent our organization at internal and external events, promoting the value of membership and actively acquiring new members. Provide administrative support to the marketing, membership, and events teams. Collaborate with internal stakeholders to identify opportunities for increased member engagement and assist in planning and delivering new membership services. Handle member inquiries, providing the required information or redirecting to the appropriate team member. About you To excel in this role, you should possess the following qualifications, skills, and attributes: Previous experience in a similar role, ideally at a membership association. Excellent communicator who can collaborate easily with different stakeholders. Enjoy changing up your workday, supporting the team with promotional activities and events as required. A creative mindset consistently focusing on delivering excellent customer experiences. Demonstrated time management skills, including the ability to prioritise tasks and meet deadlines. Intermediate to advanced information technology skills, including database management, Microsoft Office applications, Adobe.
