Member Services and Claims - Consultants Location Victoria Job Code 1911 # of openings 40 This is an exciting role for someone who has a true passion for delivering excellent customer service. As a Members Services and Claims Representative, you will be the first point of contact for Defence Health in our call centre and you will be responsible for providing quality advice on our private health insurance products.

This role also allows you to create a long-term career where you can move up the ranks or grow into other roles in a clear career transition pathway.  About You  The successful candidate will have the following attributes:
Previous experience in a customer service (retail, hospitality) or contact centre role is desirable but not essential. Enjoys being on the phonesEfficient verbal and written communication skills Able to understand and translate complex information to others in a simple, effective wayComfortable with technologyTeam oriented whilst also being able to work autonomously Willingness to learn and apply feedback Your contribution to our organisation will be recognised with competitive remuneration, training and development opportunities, and a range of incentives, such as:
