Job DescriptionAre you a customer service professional looking to start your career in banking?Working with us at People First Bank as a Member Service Consultant, you will be the face of our business for our members and will be responsible for delivering consistent high-quality customer service.About the roleAs a Member Service Consultant, you will build rapport and trust with members by listening to their needs, finding solutions to their problems, and aligning them to the right products. This position will be based at our Flinders Street Branch in the Adelaide CBD, on a full-time basis until April 2025. At the conclusion of the full-time role, the ongoing permanent role would be as a Support Member Service Consultant, supporting either our Northern or Southern branch networks, on a rotating part-time basis.In this role, your passion for customer service will be crucial, as we are a member-owned organisation dedicated to meeting our members' needs. You will be empowered to have meaningful conversations with our members.
