About the RoleReporting to the Manager, Member Services, this is a full-time position working in our Head Office branch. As the face of QBANK, you will be responsible for delivering on our service commitment to QBANK Members. You have the ability to make our Members feel welcome, taking the time to understand their unique financial goals, identifying opportunities, and offering solutions to support them.This is more than a traditional bank branch role. As part of a small team your duties will include:Exceptional service with a genuine care for the individual MemberCompleting over the counter and electronic transactionsOpening accounts and Term DepositsDeceased Estate administrationDealing with member enquiries face to face, over the telephone and via emailArranging foreign currency and cardsRetaining and growing our Member baseKeeping accurate records in our banking systemBe part of a supportive team and an organisation committed to their employees.
