About the opportunity We are evolving our Private Health Insurance (PHI) team, with a new Member Experience team structure designed to deliver our organisational objectives, prioritise the needs of our members experience, and continue to foster a culture of engagement, innovation, and growth. We are seeking a dynamic and proven results-driven Member Sales and Retention Manager. This is an exciting opportunity to play a key role in driving member growth, enhancing retention outcomes, and contributing to revenue growth, all whilst ensuring an exceptional member experience.
Reporting to the Head of Experience – Member Services, you will work closely with peers in the Member Experience, Experience Improvement, and Workforce Optimisation teams to deliver great outcomes for GMHBA. As an experienced leader, you will be responsible for maximising sales effectiveness and retention rates by developing a culture of high performance, accountability, and collaboration, empowering your leaders and team to meet and exceed sales targets whilst maintaining a focus on delivering outstanding member experience.
A key element of this role is stakeholder engagement. You will regularly provide insightful performance updates, sharing key sales metrics, member retention trends, and areas of opportunity with senior leadership and cross-functional teams. Your ability to analyse data and translate into actionable insights will inform strategic decision-making and align efforts across the business to drive performance improvements.

The nature of this role requires a minimum presence of 3 office days in our Geelong head office.
