About the role We are currently on the hunt for a Member Relationship Consultant to join our passionate team at the West Lakes branch, on a permanent part-time basis. In this role you will be empowered to have meaningful conversations with our members. You will understand their financial position, goals and aspirationsand help align our products to their needs, specialising in personal loans, credit cards and insurance.
What you will be doing:
Managing the end-to end application process for personal loan applications.Helping our members by being a 'guru' on products and servicesMaking it easy for our members to bank with usReferring members onto our home loan specialists or financial plannersEmpowering our members to use our digital servicesDisplaying second to none service that is timely and accurate
This is a permanent part-time position, offering 35 hours per week; Monday to Friday, 09:00am- 4:30pm. You may also be required to work Saturdays on occasion, as required. We will provide you with comprehensive training upon commencement as well as ongoing to support your success in the role.
