This is full-time will support new and existing members, identify their needs, and recommend the right product for them. You will also support our members across a wide range of life moments from welcoming a new baby into the world to supporting a loved one through life-critical medical treatment as they reach out to better understand their health 's talk about youAre you a vibrant, energetic, collaborative team player? Do you have a natural ability to communicate, and are you compassionate? If you are – you could be one of our Quokkstars here at are seeking individuals with a strong customer service background. You will need to have solid computer literacy skills, and the ability to multi-task across multiple channels that also include phone and email.
