About the role:
This role will be responsible for assisting the Member Operations Manager and providing administrative support to the wider Member Engagement Team with regards to operations, internal and external communications and other ad hoc support.
Role & Responsibilities: Create and uphold standards and guidelines across all communications and materials, such as documents, presentations and communications with Members to ensure consistency. Drafting and sending of communications to Members, Suppliers and internal stakeholders. Collation of reporting and data. Creation of presentations for internal and external use. Skills & Experience: Pharmacy or retail experience highly regarded. Computing skills: Microsoft Suite, including but not limited to Word and Power Point to an intermediate level and Excel to at least a basic level. Prior experience using Docusign, Jotform and Campaign Monitor will be highly regarded. Ability to assist in producing reports and presentation slide decks to a high standard. Communicate effectively in both written and verbal form. Strong organisational and time management skills, with the ability to work to tight deadlines, multitask and be able to pivot when needed.
