About your new Role:
As a Member Engagement Specialist, you'll connect with Brighter Super members through outbound calls, offering valuable insights and support related to superannuation, retirement, insurance, and more. Your goal will be to ensure members feel informed and empowered about their financial decisions during important life events and marketing campaigns.
Engage members with high-quality phone experiences and provide general advice on superannuation.Lead sales conversations about superannuation, retirement options, and insurance.Handle escalated inquiries, directing members to the appropriate advice services.Identify opportunities for member acquisition and retention.Collaborate with team members in a high-volume calling environment. About You:
You're a natural communicator who can build rapport easily over the phone. You're enthusiastic about promoting Brighter Super and committed to championing our members' needs. Your strong sense of integrity and collaborative spirit will help foster a positive environment both for our members and within the team.
1+ years of experience in sales, customer service, or relationship management.Experience in superannuation or financial services will be highly regarded.Familiarity with outbound or complex inbound call environments.Exceptional interpersonal skills and the ability to listen effectively.Strong organizational skills and self-discipline to manage your workload.
