Job Description - Member Engagement Officer (240001OL)Job Number:240001OLDescriptionJoin our Member Engagement team as a Member Engagement Officer, where you'll be the first point of contact for our members on the phones, offering tailored solutions across our range of products and services. Your role is pivotal in shaping the member's experience and maintaining lasting relationships.Hours, Training and LocationStart date 10th February - interviews scheduling to run on 22nd January, so apply now!Rate of pay at commencement is $31.54/hr + super + penalty rates!Full time positions, 37.5 hours per week, 5 days a week, 8 hours a day including unpaid lunch break.Monday – Saturday (every second Saturday with a mid-weekday off).Rotating shifts, with start times between 6.30AM and 10.00AM.Finish times between 2.30PM and 6.00PM.To ensure we set you up for success and give you all the support you need, you will be required to be on-site at Eight Mile Plains.Hybrid WFH – combination of onsite and at home, available after 3-6 months based on performance.Key Responsibilities:Engage members with empathy and understanding, focusing on their unique needs.Communicate effectively to meet member expectations.Maintain up-to-date knowledge of RACQ's products, services, and policies.Contribute to a positive team culture.About you:Passionate about sales and customer service; if you do not have experience, we will work with you to train and upskill.Excellent communication skills, with a focus on listening and problem-solving.Have a drive for excellence and thrive when working in a fast-paced environment.Minimum of a Year 12 High School Certificate.Why join RACQ?It is an exciting time to be part of RACQ as we continue our transformation towards better, smarter solutions that deliver more security and prosperity for Queenslanders.
