16/12/2024 Full Time, fixed term opportunity until 16th January 2026 located in our Adelaide office Flexible work arrangements, work from home up to 3 days p/w, 17.5% annual leave loading, + additional paid leave over Christmas Leading National Health and Education member-based organisation $102,147 p.a Plus 14% Super About the role As our Member Engagement Coordinator, you'll manage the end-to-end planning, execution, and evaluation of diverse member-focused events, including workshops, webinars, and seminars.
Reporting to the Member Engagement Team Leader, you'll collaborate with internal stakeholders to ensure seamless delivery of event activities aligned with the colleges goals.
Some out of hours and/or weekend work will be required due to the facilitation of workshops and events.
As our Member Engagement Coordinator, you'll also: Plan and coordinate all logistical aspects of member-focused events, including venue bookings, technical setup, and on-site/virtual event delivery.
Act as the primary point of contact for speakers, managing event preparation, support materials, and day-of execution.
Maintain and update the RACGP events calendar, ensuring accurate and timely event information for members.
Prepare detailed reports and dashboards to assess event performance and contribute to strategic improvements.
Skills & Experience Proven experience in event management, , with a track record of delivering high-quality events and activities.
Strong organisational and multitasking skills, with the ability to manage competing priorities and deadlines effectively.
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills to build relationships with stakeholders and ensure seamless collaboration.
Technical proficiency in tools such as Microsoft Office, CRM systems, Monday.com and event management platforms like EventsAir.
