Job Description Your new role
As a Member Education Consultant, you will be working collaboratively within a diverse team who aims to provide information and general advice to help members develop the knowledge and skills to confidently manage their superannuation.
Your role will be instrumental in making superannuation knowledge accessible and straightforward for our members.
This includes delivering information directly to members at their workplaces, including military bases, through educational workshops, general information sessions, one-on-one consultations, and webinars.
You'll also connect with members through online services and provide a range of support services designed to help employers communicate these benefits effectively.
If you have a strong understanding of superannuation, excellent communication skills, and a customer-first approach, this role offers an exciting opportunity to make a difference in our members' lives.

Travel is required for this position.

You must be an Australian Citizen with the ability to hold and maintain a baseline security clearance and Defence Security PassRG146 qualification or ability to obtain thisCurrent driver's licence with no restrictionsSelf-motivated and passionate about providing a great customer experienceExcellent communication skills with experience delivering presentations to large audiences both virtually and in personAbility to communicate accurately and tailor a message to a broad range of individualsCapability to interpret legislation, rules, and regulationsAPS and Military technical scheme knowledge is highly advantageousWhat will you get in return?
