The opportunity.
This exciting permanent opportunity will have you directly supporting Defence Bank's purpose, ensuring that our members can count on us.
You will do this by delivering outstanding member service to meet member needs and help them meet their financial goals in a role where no two days are the same. Ultimately, you are the first point of contact in assisting members achieve their financial goals!
Your role will specifically involve: Balancing competing priorities such as answering incoming calls, processing transactions and responding to member queries. Proactively promoting Defence Bank to broaden and grow our member base. Communicating across all levels of Defence Bank to maintain knowledge and awareness. Developing effective working relationships with stakeholders at all levels. Using Microsoft Office applications to create relevant documents, presentations, and spreadsheets. Skills and Experiences:
About you.
As someone who connects with people and excels in providing a memorable experience for our members, you are looking for a new challenge and can uncover needs through conversations and provide banking strategies to achieve members goals.
To be successful in this position, you will have: Experience within a customer facing retail or administrative team or similar. High level of organisational and communication skills. Ability to multitask and prioritise and seek improvement in the way things are done to reduce member effort. Demonstrated experience or skills in: Developing effective relationships with your people leader, peers, and colleagues who may work across various locations. Using Microsoft Office applications to create relevant documents, presentations and spreadsheets. Desire to be a high achiever and motivated by hitting targets. High school certificate or equivalent. The successful candidate will have an incredible opportunity to showcase their work ethic and skills, as well as having the option to increase their earning potential as they grow within the role.
