We currently have multiple opportunities for dynamic and driven Member Care Consultants to join our team on a full-time or part-time basis for the right candidates. These positions will be based at our Pirie Street Head Office, with the potential to work across other Health Partners locations!

Multiple permanent opportunities, full-time or part-time negotiable for the right candidateA full-time 7-month fixed term contract (parental leave cover), part-time negotiable for the right candidateAbout the role Our Member Care Consultants engage with our members regarding their private health insurance across various channels to provide an exceptional member experience every time. You will be providing information on our products and services, processing membership payments, and providing first contact resolution on member queries in an empathetic and professional manner.
Working a 75-hour fortnight, you will be on a rotating roster from 8am-8pm Monday to Friday, and Saturday mornings. Evening and Saturday shifts are work from home.
