You will join QCHF / HBF as a Member Acquisition Consultant representing QCHF / HBF in the moments that matter to our members. This role operates within the Queensland Country Bank retail centre as the first point of contact for member queries through channels such as face to face, phone, email, or online.
You will undertake sales of Health Fund products and provide face to face service to our members which may include handling policy and product enquiries, handling claim conversations and submissions, complaints resolution and making membership changes. You may also be required to assist in external events to promote the Health Fund.

We are seeking individuals with a strong customer service focus, preferably in retail sales. You will need to have solid computer literacy skills, and the ability to be adaptable and resilient – no one conversation is the same and can be challenging!
Don't worry though, we don't expect you to jump straight in. If successful, you will undertake a fun and dynamic, fully paid training program provided over the first 6 weeks of your employment to give you the tools you need to start helping our members the QCHF / HBF way.
