With a dedicated focus on the provision of quality healthcare, we provide a wide range of medical and surgical services to our local Melbourne community as well as our rural, regional and international patients.Melbourne Private Hospitals clinical specialties include cardiac services, advanced general surgery, neurosciences and neurosurgery, specialist medical services, day procedure, and day oncology. These services are supported by a ten bed intensive care unit, six bed neurosurgery intensive nursing unit, four operating theaters, two angiography suites, an endoscopy suite, a cardiac unit and a day chemotherapy unit.Registered Nurses at Healthscope perform a wide range of activities in pursuit of delivering a high quality patient experience. Every day is different and may include assessing patients, administering medications, providing wound care and educating patients and their families about health conditions. You will need to collaborate with other healthcare professionals, advocate for your patients and provide support to patients and their families.
