Big Ant Studios are looking for an Outsource Coordinator to play a key role in the studio.

Join us in making some of consoles and PCs biggest sports titles from our centrally located Melbourne studio.

The Job:
Acting as the main contact between the studio and outsourcers.
Ensuring outsourced assets meet quality standards.
Providing feedback on outsourced work.
Selecting and managing external outsourcers.
Maintaining records of outgoing and incoming work.
Maintaining incoming data.
Ensuring the prioritisation of work to meet project deadlines.
About You:
Experience being an artist in a video game development pipeline.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
The ability to work effectively as part of a team.
Strong organisational skills.
You get bonus points for:
Character art experience is a plus.
Understanding of and interest in sports.
Good problem-solving skills.
Strong spreadsheet skills.
