Sound like you? What will you do? We are looking for a friendly, professional, full-time Monday to Friday, front of house receptionist/administrator for our beautiful Southbank Office. You will ensure that visitors and employees receive a warm welcome, whilst making sure the office runs smoothly on a day-to-day basis. Key responsibilities include: Greeting all visitors and team members who visit the office, as well as responding to phone enquiries. Managing office-related booking system (e.g., meeting rooms, pool cars, vehicle servicing, office-specific training such as first aid or Fire Warden) and orders (e.g., stationery, first aid supplies, social club orders, and catering). Arranging travel for staff including flight, hotel, and rental car reservations. Supporting People & Culture with celebrations, events, and onboarding new team members. Assisting Recruitment with administration and ad-hoc career events. Coordinating village and site tours on behalf of our Operations and Property and Development teams. Supporting Finance with the receiving, scanning, printing, and sending of contracts, and banking of cheques. Assisting the Sales and marketing team ahead of ad hoc events. Communicating any maintenance issues to the office and coordinating maintenance jobs within the office. Leading the Social club team in arranging a series of events throughout the year and managing the budget for each event. What's in it for you?
