This role is a Work-from-home position but will require face-to-face interaction with restaurants multiple days per week.

As a Business Development Manager for Melbourne, your mission will involve leveraging your strategic insight and exceptional relationship-building skills to bridge the gap between restaurants and culinary enthusiasts via our pioneering platform.

Responsibilities: Implement a sales strategy for Melbourne that aligns with the company's objectives.
Forge long-lasting relationships with restaurants in Melbourne.
Maintain an in-depth understanding of market trends and competitors, using this knowledge to identify new opportunities.
Drive user acquisition and retention strategies.
Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams.
Qualifications: Excellent relationship-building, communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
Familiarity with the hospitality industry is a massive plus, and your ability to hit the ground running with existing contacts will push you to the top of the queue for this position.
Whilst years of sales experience are not required for the role, you must demonstrate the skills and enthusiasm to become a successful BDM.
The ideal candidate will be a self-starter who will flourish in an autonomous environment.
In return First Table offers 40 hours per week (full-time) Competitive OTE (base salary + commissions) Work from home with regular face-to-face restaurant prospecting.
