In 2025, the newly named Saints College - Ballarat Campus, currently St Joseph's School, are seeking an experienced leader to shape the future of our school during this exciting transition.
Since 2012, we have led the way in radically inclusive education, supporting students with diverse challenges. We are an inclusive school for 12-25 year olds seeking an alternative to mainstream education. Our environment celebrates all abilities and backgrounds, providing transformative learning experiences catering to individual needs.
We operate multiple campuses located in North Melbourne, Geelong, Colac, Ballarat, and a dual engagement virtual learning campus, BlendED. In 2025, we will expand our offerings with the opening of three new campuses in Fitzroy North, Sunshine, and Bungaree, as part of our growth strategy to establish additional campuses in the future.
The young people we serve often face significant and complex educational, social, developmental, psychological, health, legal, or familial challenges, which demand unique interventions. Our approach is grounded in the Operation by Principles framework, which combines education with an understanding of trauma-informed practices.
The Ballarat Campus is the newest addition to St Joseph's school network, having opened its doors in 2024 with a full cohort of 120 young people from the region. Our focus is on delivering transformative, inclusive education for 12-25 year olds facing diverse challenges. With well-equipped music rooms, art facilities, and a woodwork space, we offer tailored programs that cater to each young person's unique needs.
