We currently have an exciting new opportunity for a dynamic and experienced Presentation Coordinator to join our Engineering and Asset Management team.
The purpose of Presentation Coordinator is to assist the Asset Managers in improving the presentation of the Melbourne Airport precinct. This newly created role will be part of a larger Engineering and Asset Management team and will interface with Aviation, the Design Architect and Safety on presentation improvement initiatives.

Key responsibilities: The role's duties and accountabilities include, but are not limited to:
Undertake audits within Terminals and landside to identify improvements for passenger experience (and NPS) as it relates to asset presentation. Support the Asset Managers in the completion of audits for the quality of scope delivery and in delivery of estate management. Support the Melbourne Airport Facilities Manager in presentation items identified in the Melbourne Airport Business Park. Identify safety, report and close out safety hazards. Provide support to the Asset Managers in the management of the Cleaning and Estate Management. Review of service delivery requirements and complete audits based on completion of scope to standards. Identify contractual non-conformances to the Asset Managers for review. The successful candidate will have: Understanding of fixture and fitting materials and associated lifecycle preferred. Ability to generate reports on audit findings, present improvement recommendations, and track corrective actions. Experience in services delivery in a presentation related capacity. Background in conducting audits for quality control, contract compliance, or service delivery in a facilities management context. Experience identifying and closing out safety hazards through audits or inspections. Background in working within environments with a strong focus on customer or passenger experience (e.g., airports, shopping centres, large public venues). Close attention to detail.
